On 4 April, the minister for faith and communities paid a visit to The Crabapple Blossom; the inn of the territory of Clare – currently in discussions to join Lundenwic as a satellite state.
The visit was to recognise the 40th Anniversary of the landlady and her husband with a pub quiz guest hosted by our right honourable member. The quiz was made up of questions about the 4th April, and the year 1983, with one round specifically on the 4th April in 1983!
Great fun was had by all, with the landlord winning by a comfortable margin over the other players. The minister was thanked for her contribution, and invited to return in the future for other festivities.
We are glad to have been represented at this auspicious occasion in the Clare region, and look forward to furthering good relations with the community there.
